POSPerfect II Point of Sale Management Systems

POSperfect’s Point of Sale and Retail Management Systems are designed to run on industry standard computer
hardware. The systems comprise four product packages which can be supplied separately, or collectively to form
a total multi-branch retail system.

1. The POSperfect Terminal application on its own provides Point-of-Sale, Back Offi ce, Inventory Management
and Reporting. Additional modules enable tailoring to any retail business. All modules are integrated.

2. The POSperfect Multi-Store module is a cost-effective solution in providing Head Offi ce monitoring of
branches in a smaller company that does not have need of the overall control of the Regional or Corporate
Controller.

3. The Regional Controller is well suited to managing larger groups of branches with higher transaction volumes.

4. The Corporate Controller manages the retail network by electronically retrieving all branch and region sales
and stock information into a single database, and distributing product updates and inventory documents.
